Hello, There are various ways to get your business started in a new state. The easiest would be to join psychic sites which accept newcomers. You can apply various psychic apps on Online Psychic Jobs. You can start doing social media promotions as well.

Get a website, the easiest way to get started would be on Wordpress.com, it is all free but recommended to get a domain name for yourself which would be your own name something like I’ve Psychic Amelia. You can publish your services there. You can also use woocommerce to add your services which you want to sell. Once you have built up your profile then you can apply on various psychic apps.

Good recommendation, I’ve seen many psychics using WordPress and WooCommerce to sell their services. I just wanted to add is that use Wise for accepting payments, specially for international clients.
